The Dwars door Vlaanderen road cycling race is a one-day race through the Belgian region of Flanders. The race takes place in a series and chronological cycling week with other cycling classics. The finish line is in the western Flanders town of Waregem. Dwars door Vlaanderen always takes place on the Wednesday before the Tour of Flanders and shares the short Hellingen climbs and cobbled sections with the classic.
In 2020, the Dwars door Vlaanderen was cancelled due to the Corona pandemic. In 2021, the Dutchman Dylan van Baarle of Team “Ineos Grenadiers” won ahead of Christophe Laporte of Team “Cofidis, Solutions Crédits” and Tim Merlier of Team “Alpecin-Fenix”.
