Historisches Bild und Foto: Beim Eröffnungsrundgang von links nach rechts: Artur Vogt, Staatssekretär Serinek aus dem Ministerium für Post- und Fernmeldewesen, Schauspieler, DEFA-Gründer und Philatelist Hans Klering sowie Prof. Dr. Ernst-Joachim Gießmann Vize-präsident des Kulturbundes. Zweite Deutsche Briefmarken-Ausstellung (DEBRIA) 1959 in Ostberlin in der von 1956 bis 1958 gebauten Dynamo-Sporthalle im Sportforum Hohenschönhausen in Berlin. Es war die erste DEBRIA in der DDR, nachdem die erste Ausgabe noch eine gesamtdeutsche in Leipzig war. Die Ausstellung fand anlässlich der Förderung der Philatelie und des zehnten Jahrestages der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik (DDR) statt. Auf dem Bild ist der Eröffnungstag der 04. September 1959 zu sehen. Die Deutsche Briefmarken-Ausstellung firmierte unter dem Motto „10 Jahre DDR“ und fand vom 04. September bis zum 13. September statt. Insgesamt wurden 198 Exponate ausgestellt. | Historical Image and Photography: Second German Stamp Exhibition (DEBRIA) 1959 in East Berlin in the Dynamo Sports Hall in the Hohenschönhausen Sports Forum in Berlin, built from 1956 to 1958. It was the first DEBRIA in the GDR, after the first edition was still an all-German one in Leipzig. The exhibition took place on the occasion of the promotion of philately and the tenth anniversary of the German Democratic Republic (GDR). The picture shows the opening day on 04 September 1959. The German Stamp Exhibition operated under the motto "10 Years of the GDR" and took place from 04 September to 13 September. A total of 198 exhibits were on display.
