There was no separate competition for the elite women and the junior U23 women. The course was the same for all age groups over 34.2 km.
The elite women’s time trial was won by Ellen van Dijk (Netherlands) ahead of Grace Brown (Australia) and Marlen Reusser (Switzerland).
The women’s under 23 time trial was won by Vittoria Guazzini (Italy) ahead of Shirin van Anrooij (Netherlands) and Ricarda Bauernfeind (Germany).
