The 42nd edition of the Oderrundfahrt took place from 6 July to 9 July around Frankfurt (Oder). The traditional cycling event in the Märkisch-Oderland / Brandenburg region led the participating cyclists over a total of five stages to Seelow (Märkisch-Oderland). For the first time, women and juniors also took part in the cycling race this year. The organisers counted a total of 80 female cyclists (12 teams) and 200 male cyclists.
