The traditional cycling race, the International Tour of Thuringia for women (officially known as the International LOTTO Thüringen Ladies Tour since 2017), takes place annually in eastern Thuringia. The tour is categorised in the highest UCI category and is currently the only professional stage race for women in Germany. The LOTTO Thüringen Ladies Tour 2024 will take place from 25 June to 30 June
