We were at the pre-season test match between Rot-Weiß Oberhausen – RWO (Regionalliga West – 4th Liga Germany) and Borussia Dortmund – BVB (1st Bundesliga Germany). The match took place on 19 July at the Niederrhein stadium in Oberhausen (North Rhine-Westphalia / Germany).
As part of the pre-season preparation for the 2023/2024 season, the two traditional clubs tested their training level. The final score of the match was 2:3 in front of 8,610 spectators. The goals for Rot-Weiß Oberhausen were scored by Cottrell Ezekwem and Manfredas Ruzgis. The goals for Borussia Dortmund were scored by Marco Reus, Antonois Papadopoulos and Samuel Bamba.
