The Brugge-De Panne cycling classic (also called Three Days of Bruges-De Panne, or Oxyclean Classic Brugge-De Panne) for women took place for the fourth time. It started on 25 March 2021 and was 158.8 kilometres long. It was the third race of the UCI Women’s World Tour 2021.
All nine UCI Women’s WorldTeams and fourteen UCI Women’s Continental Teams participated in the race. 106 of the 135 riders in the race finished. The winner was Grace Brown from Australia of Team BikeExchange in a time of 4 hours, 3 minutes and 17 seconds, followed by Emma Norsgaard Jørgensen from Denmark of Movistar Team and Jolien D’Hoore from Belgium of SD Worx.
